I’m John Coxon and am a trusted e-mentor and contractor to nonprofit organisations and community organisations with less than $3M in revenue.

As a e-mentor I provide anyone within your organisation with a safe place to explore ideas, explore options, resolve issues and develop workplace strategies. I also provide advice and assistance with activities you do not have resources or capacity to complete.

This is a cost effective, subscription service which enables any member of your staff or board to contact me for confidential, customised advice and guidance or provides you with access to experience and capabilities.

As a e-mentor my decades of experience as a business operator, consultant to the nonprofit sector and nonprofit manager mean I understand your environment.

It could be as simple as an employee calling me for advice on how to work through conflict or it could be you need someone to write a funding proposal, or guide you through developing a website or providing some staff training.

This is a subscription only service. The annual fee is $5999 exc gst for your entire organisation to access this service on an as needed basis. A minimum 12 month contract is required. A comprehensive report will be provided throughout and at the end of an engagement showing evidence of engagement, impact and return upon investment.

Members of your committee of management and entire staff will be subscribed to our monthly newsletter. They can access my blog. They will be able to contact me via email, sms, telephone or skype.* Whenever they make contact they will always talk to me personally. This is not a call-center; it’s a personalised service, tailored to your needs.
