Hi I'm John Coxon. Since 2002 I have provided advice and guidance to small business operators and not-for-profit organisations. During that time I was involved in guiding a variety of online projects.
I have wide ranging experience in managing website projects, developing digital processes, creating social media accounts and building customer-centric content.
As a small business operator myself I have experienced the trials and tribulations of developing a digital process. As both a business operator and as a consultant I have designed and created websites, managed website and social media projects for clients that involved external providers and experts. I talk their language. I view everything from a customer or user perspective.
I also understand from experience that a good many business operators and not-for-profit organisations are not benefiting fully from the use of digital tools. There are many reasons for this, including a lack of understanding and a lack of resources.

I have achieved this by taking a systems-based approach to customer satisfaction. Rather than just build a website or create a social media channel, I show you how to develop a digital process that aligns digital goals with business strategy and outcomes, supported by appropriate policies and procedures. I help you develop a customer or user perspective in regards to online content. I provide you with tools to keep the process effective and efficient and I help develop competencies amongst your people, thus reducing your dependence upon me.
